River Quay

River Quay is an award winning waterfront dining precinct at the southern end of the Parklands, combining high quality waterfront open space with fine dining.

River Quay's design was unveiled to the public in December 2009 and its construction began in February 2011.

Former Premier Anna Bligh officially opened the amphitheatre and green space in June 2011 and the area's first restaurants began trading in late 2011.

River Quay's stunning location provides uninterrupted views of the Brisbane River and provides the people of Brisbane with a unique place to relax and enjoy the quintessential Queensland lifestyle. It has won several awards including the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) State Award for best retail/commercial.
