SW1 is one of the newest additions to the precinct, which has already seen a fabulous commercial office, residential apartments and retail space developed.
The final stage of the development, which will incorporate townhouse style dwellings, is currently in the planning stages. It is anticipated that the final stage of development will be complete by 2010.
