The Corporation is working with Anthony John Group to transform what was previously known as sites 9A 9B and Collins Place Heritage Building into a state-of-the-art mixed use development, including hotel, residential apartments, retail, commercial offices and public space.
Bordered by Vulture, Grey and Tribune Streets the South Point project will significantly activate and transform this site into a high quality, sustainable space for guests to the precinct to enjoy.
We are currently working with Anthony John Group to finalise the timing of this project.
