“In partnering with South Bank Corporation we saw that the essence of the Streets brand was truly in line with that of South Bank for the Brisbane community – that is ‘fun, lifestyle, energy and family’. The Marketing team at the Corporation is very responsive and creative who are constantly looking for ways to grow the partnership. The First Day of Summer event that was partnered with Surf Lifesaving Qld and 4KQ was an initiative that came from our regular planning meetings with the South Bank Corporation team. We are now working with the Marketing Team at the Corporation to grow this event in 2007 with additional Corporate and media partners now on board. New Years Eve was without doubt one of the most exciting events that Streets has been involved with in Brisbane. Streets worked closely with the Marketing and Events teams at South Bank Corporation at every stage of planning for this event. We are pleased to confirm that Streets has continued its Corporate partnership with South Bank Corporation for a further 12 months taking our sponsorship of the Beach and New Years Eve to a four year period.

Suncorp has committed to a ten year partnership with South Bank Corporation for the Piazza and day/night super screen. The South Bank Corporation Marketing team is very professional and proactive which is vital with an organisation such as Suncorp where the demands on the Suncorp The two teams meet at least quarterly to look at forward planning and are in constant contact.
