South Bank Corporation is setting the benchmark for interactive websites in the Southern Hemisphere by scooping a Web Marketing Association annual WebAward.

The only Australian site to win, South Bank Corporation was awarded a Government Standard of Excellence award alongside a field of 32 international winners.

Web Marketing Association judges are industry professionals from around the world including CEOs and Creative Directors from top communications, web and design agencies.

The judging team deemed the South Bank Corporation site as outstanding in the elements of Design, Innovation, Content, Technology, Interactivity, Copywriting and Ease of Use.

General Manager of Marketing, Susie Johnson is delighted by international recognition of South Bank Corporation's communications:
