Appointed in July 2005. Malcolm is one of Australia's leading urban planners and business leaders. He has extensive international experience in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining South Bank Corporation, he held the position of Head of Design for the City of Melbourne. Malcolm was one of the inaugural recipients of the Australia Award for Urban Design. He is a non executive Director of the Queensland Maritime Museum, the Queensland Government representative on the Urban Futures Brisbane Board, the Urban Places Board and is the Chairman of the Place Leaders Association.
