The Corporation is responsible for the control of all footpath dining within the Corporation area. To obtain approval for your proposed footpath dining, you will need to submit a completed application form to the Corporation.
Completed applications can be lodged in person or posted to the Corporation. The assessment period for footpath dining applications is generally 14 days, depending on the level of information provided within the application.
