We want to know whenever you are unhappy with our service. Anything that goes wrong for you is important to us too. This does not mean that we will always agree that the Corporation is responsible for the issue or problem but we will always take your concerns seriously and see what we can do to help.
How can I provide feedback?
We offer a range of options for you to provide us with your feedback. Please complete our online feedback form and we will acknowledge your feedback within two working days of receiving it. We will endeavour to respond in full to all feedback within ten working days. Alternatively, please contact us through one of these options:
In Person - at the South Bank Visitor Centre (located at Stanley Street Plaza)
By Post - South Bank Corporation, PO Box 2001, Brisbane Qld 4101
By phone - 07 3867 2000 during business hours (8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday); or contact the Visitor Centre on 07 3867 2051 (9am - 5pm seven days a week)
If the matter is urgent, please contact our security team immediately on 07 3867 2045 (24 hours, seven days a week). This includes any noise complaints.
When you make a complaint we will:
- Acknowledge your complaint in writing within 2 working days
- Let you know the name of the person who will be looking into the problem for you
- Contact you to discuss your complaint if necessary
- Come back to you within 10 working days to let you know what we can do to help
- Contact you to confirm what we have agreed to do
