Welcome to this beautiful precinct! Make sure you sign up to receive our e-news to stay up to speed on all the latest in your new neighbourhood. You can find general information about events and retailers at www.visitsouthbank.com.au or visit our friendly staff at the South Bank Visitor Centre which offers a vast range of services, including qtix and Ticketek facilities.

A:

Due to the nature of the South Bank precinct, there are bound to be disturbances and noise issues at times.

As most of these tend to occur late in the evening, please contact South Bank Security on 07 3867 2045, who will attend to the matter immediately (provided they are not dealing with another matter at the time). Please call the Project Administrator, Caryn McIntosh on 07 3867 2092, if you experience excessive noise on weekdays between 8.30am-5pm.

In Person - at the South Bank Visitor Centre (located at Stanley Street Plaza)

By Post - South Bank Corporation, PO Box 2001, Brisbane Qld 4101

By phone - Contact the Project Administrator on 07 3867 2092 during business hours (8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday); or contact the Visitor Centre on 3867 2051 (9am - 5pm seven days a week)

If the matter is urgent, please contact our security team immediately on 07 3867 2045 (24 hours, seven days a week). This includes any noise complaints.

South Bank offers endless opportunities for you to enjoy your favourite activities or try new experiences. South Bank Corporation produces over 200 events every year, including being Brisbane's main venue for major celebrations such as Christmas and New Year. There are BBQ areas, a beach and a waterplay facility, cafes and restaurants, a cinema and some great shopping opportunities including weekend markets. South Bank is well serviced by several options of public transport. There are two train stations, South Bank and South Brisbane, two bus stations, South Bank and Cultural Centre, as well as CityCat and ferry terminals.
