The Corvettes Down Under Car Club Inc. will be holding its 11th annual 'Corvette Classic' display to showcase over 100 of Australia's finest examples of Chevrolet's famous icon - the corvette.
The Corvettes Down Under Car Club's 'Corvette Classic' is becoming one of the "must see" events in South Bank's calendar and last year attracted over 35,000 people on the day. With cars again expected to travel from NSW and north QLD, a value of around 1.5 million dollars worth of cars will be on show to the public. From 50's classics to supercharged big blocks to 2008 models, there should be a corvette to interest everyone.
Trade stalls will be on site and the public will be kept entertained with information and interviews throughout the day via our roving broadcast van. Entry from 9am to 3pm is free to the public. Judging commences at 9am and trophies presented around 2.30pm.
