Position Description

South Bank Corporation is looking for a dynamic, creative and results driven Manager, Corporate Affairs to deliver the Corporation's internal and external communications strategy and program.

This is one of Brisbane's most high profile and rewarding senior communications roles and a great opportunity for the right person to showcase their broad communication skills. We are looking for an innovative and personable individual with a proven track record in corporate and consumer PR, publication production, internal and external communications, creative campaign management, people management and issues management. If you have broad communications experience, ideally in an international and/or property environment as well as impeccable interpersonal communication skills, the ability to manage a wide variety and volume of projects and relationships with tight deadlines and excellent customer service skills, we would like to hear from you.

As a direct report to the General Manager, Marketing, you will be responsible for implementing and evaluating all internal and external communications plans, engagement and relationship strategies. In addition you will effectively manage shareholding minister requests and oversee stakeholder management plans for major development projects, all within an annual strategic Corporate Communications and Public Relations Plan with measurement of all activity.

This is an exciting and challenging role which will draw upon your extensive strategic marketing and communications experience as well as your excellent leadership skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

This role fits within a newly formed marketing division, comprising marketing, events and corporate affairs; a team which has ambitions to become truly world class.
