South Bank Corporation has started a four week consultation process on the revised plans for the South Point project. The project is on the corner of Vulture, Grey and Tribune Streets at South Bank.
The revised concept, put forward by developers the Anthony John Group, incorporates the current Southpoint Apartments site on the Vulture/Grey Street corner.
As part of the consultation, the Corporation is proposing an amendment to its Approved Development Plan (ADP) to provide for the scope of the South Point project.
The Corporation held two community open days on Wednesday 28 November 2007, and Saturday 1 December 2007 with members of the project team on hand to answer questions.
