SW1 - a joint venture development with Austcorp Property Solutions linking Melbourne Street through to Russell Street and Musgrave Park, is progressing. The stage one buildings - two commercial towers on Melbourne Street with a ground floor retail component opened in 2006.
Stage two which involves two residential apartment buildings incorporating 58 units adjacent to the completed commercial towers, will be completed June 2008.
Stage three of the development includes two 8 storey commercial buildings with ground floor retail at the Russell Street end of the site. This stage is due for completion in August 2008.
The final stage of the development for townhouse style dwellings is currently in the planning stages. It is anticipated that all four development stages will be complete by 2010.

Butterfly House - national engineering and construction company Abigroup won the right to develop a three storey building on the site of the former Butterfly House, situated in the heart of South Bank at Stanley Street Plaza. The development will incorporate two levels of office space, ground level retail space, an upper basement level and lower basement parking. Site establishment works commenced in March 2007.
